I am happy to have this confirmation; I obviously already found
  the license in the sources.

There are some things to correct to have a perfect use of GPL,
first of all the inclusion of the license in ALL distributions
of ALL parts of Freenet, but, considering the present state
of the developement, I think that is a minor problem.

But I were unable to understand the document that Freenet
Project Inc. ask all developers to sign, to take over the
code. It seems to me a double etched doc, and I were
  unable to understand his purposes.

Can you explain me the situation from this point of view ?

Manu thanks. Marco
