I checked in a fix for this.   SplitFiles larger than 32K are now inserted
as redirects to CHKs.  So they should insert.  

There will also be problems with the FieldSet reading code
which fproxy uses to read the SplitFile when it retrieves it.  I think
that limit is 64K.

You really are pushing the limits.  SplitFiles bigger than about 128M are 
probably not practical in the current network.  I am seeing less than 20 
reliable non-transient nodes.
