I know that it might be bad timing to ask right now when we are experiencing some kind of technical difficulties, but I would like to offer the latest WinInstaller snapshot (and all other distribution forms as well) on the main download page.
I strongly feel that it is time to move away from .3.9.2. Difficulties or not, we need a) a larger .4 network, b) people inserting in .4 exclusively c) raised attention on the project. I feel it is time to see the Freenet project again under the top ten list of SourceForge. We do not have to remove .3.9.2 until we have a stable version though. Just announce that the new version is not compatible with the old one and that users are encouraged to experiment with .4.
