Assuming that your node was seeded, yes.  

It means that a) the contact probablities were so low that no nodes were 
picked up "correctly" and b) when the cp failure recovery code tried to find 
some low cp nodes to use all the ones that it looked at had been tried and 
had failed recently.

My guess is that the useful operating time for the current node 
implementation is about 24 hours.   Until things get more stable
I think that we should suggest that people stop and restart their nodes 
daily.  Otherwise the network will periodically die off.
