My best suggestion would be for nodes behind firewalls to actively
make themselves available to other nodes by establishing connections
to them (so that those nodes can forward requests to the firewalled
request.  This fits in well enough with my ideas on what freenet's
connection strategy should be, although it doesn't fit well at all
with how the connection strategy is currently.
