I have no feelings on the coloring of hops, other than he's always been red ;) Getting the tray icon to behave properly has not been fun and currently sitting on the backburner until after 0.5.1 is released (no real reason for this except I don't want to do it yet). Now would be a good time to state that I hate windows programming. Sockets are refusing to load and I don't want to require IE to be installed to run the systray app. I'll mess around with it when I get time to see if I can magically get it to compile, and if so, probably release it with 0.5.1, otherwise it will stay on the backburner. > The second was the idea of having the node switch automatically from > transient to permanent is the node has been running for longer than x > hours.
