If you don't cache on local insert (for example), then if my node sees the 
insert for a key, then requests the same key back from the node (with htl=1) 
that sent it to me, and it does not have it, I know with near 100% certanty 
that the owner of the node that sent the insert was the publisher, correct?

I can do the request through another random node, and the attack is 
undetectable, as well.
