I am afraid so, if Oskar wants to start a new religon with respect to
where people put .class and .java files he is welcome to, but I am not
going to delay a long-overdue reorganisation because of it. Our goal is
to guarantee freedom of information, not to reeducate the world's Java
development community.

Well, I will leave it to you, can you check in a clean Freenet tree into
the src/ directory in the freenet/ module? Please remove any directories
or files that are no-longer used, delete the directory and use "cvs
export" rather than "cvs checkout" so that it doesn't create those "CVS"
directories before doing the checkin so that it is nice and clean.
Don't worry about tagging it new_datastore, we will keep the old
"Freenet" module around until the new datastore branch is ready for
prime-time, then we will switch over to the new directory structure.

The Makefile I have already checked in should work once the .java files
are in-place (I have tested it with my local installation). The only
problem with it is that the jar command isn't working so well (it
segfaults for me!).

Ian.
