Anyway, I've committed what I've done to CVS; it compiles with some warnings under both MSVC and *nix. If you open the fcptools/fcptools.dsp Project file, it will open a "Utility Project" that includes the project files in each subdirectory. Except for fcpproxy which is still broken for now.
