But I don't want to introduce too many dividers in that menu to make it larger than needs to be. Would it be OK, if I simply moved the Open Gateway to the top and the view logfile below the first separator? That would be no problem for me. Hint: I never ever use that menu entry, double-clicking the sys tray icon is *much* faster IMHO. > Also, if possible, I think that an idiot window should come up asking if > someone is reall sure they want to stop their node. Kinda like the "Are you > really sure > you want to delete your files... Ok, now are you really, really sure you > wanna delete?" > prompts that windows gives you. But stopping the node will not kill any files, it will simply, errr, stop the node. And you get a graphical feedback that the node is stopped. Are were you talking about the "complete unistall" of Freenet? The only negative impact of stopping a node which could justify such a message is that currently transferred files would be lost. I'll think whether it's possible to have a "Do you really want to stop the node?" together with a "never show me this dialog box again" checkbox. > The main reason is to keep people (like me) who have IDI (input device > impairment) syndrome from stopping a node by accident. I will gladly iprove things whereever I can, keep on suggesting and bugging me about these issues. I probably just don't experience these small things the same way as you do as I am not IDI'ed (besides not being able to type orthographically correctly :-)). Doesn't double clicking the tray icon work for you?
