Of course you could, but as Sebastian said, the windows systray app
currently doesn't have any networking code in it, of any form.  And that
includes the wininet.dll of which you speak.  He wasn't saying it was hard,
and he certainly wasn't suggesting coding his own FTP / HTTP client
himself... (have you SEEN the source for the systray app?  it's bad enough
as it is! :-)
