nodestatus.html currently lists 21 references (it even says Number of node references:21), yet outboundContacts.txt lists 23 unique contacts. Furthermore, the node is clearly trying to contact the two references that are displayed on outboundContacts that are not displayed in nodestatus. (in outboundContacts.txt, <successful> for those references is still going up ...) How can this be?
