I've noticed this too and was about to write a mesage to support, that while 
actually having enough blocks and fec check blocks to reconstruct a file it 
fails with at times saying already downloaded
or expired content, a general java i/o error.

I was trying the Enterprise guys first file, so its a good test file
since there are enough block there, he wrote his link wrong but its fixable.

AFAIK there arnt any 3rd party tools to handle fec split files,
if anyone wants i have a grab bag of blocks they can have.
