3.0.6 and higher can and do, as long as you specify fecVersion=1.2 rather
than fecVersion=1.0
However, the tools stopped working with freenet a couple of builds ago,
and I havn't been able to assertain what the hell went wrong. Life has
gone to hell here, however, so I won't get to looking at them again until
the weekend.
