Well, fishtools support FEC... most of the other support non-FEC splitfile
insertion. Frost probably makes up the bulk of insertions, and that uses 
256kB chunks and non-redundant splitfiles for everything. A few freesites 
use freenet.client.cli.Main, which doesn't support any sort of splitfiles 
(it should).
