ActiveLinks do serve another useful purpose - an easy way to tell
whether a DBR freesite is available, whether or not it is a manifest
site... sites are much more likely to be clicked on if their unique
activelink has loaded. Also, some freesites don't really need manifests.
What would you think, hypothetically, about an fproxy extension to only
load one image if another file has successfully downloaded?
