LINK has other uses as well. For example take a recent Mozilla with
"Site Navigation Bar" turned on to
<URL:http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2002/debian-devel-200212/msg00560.html>
and note the Previous, Next, etc. buttons.

I'm not aware of a freesite using that, though.
