True. nodeconfig.exe was capitalized like that on the snapshots page, so I 
assumed it's meant to be capitalized. Windows filenames are 
case-insensitive anyway, so the capitalization shouldn't matter much.

Point taken. Renaming freenet-webinstall.exe when creating the zip file to
install.exe or setup.exe might help. 

BTW, amphibian fixed this about 20 minutes ago.
