I was about to say the same thing.  When I ran uncapped I used to get
about 4k - 11k queries per hour.  Now that I run capped for 3/4 of the
day I average about 500 - 1000 while capped and and climbs to 2k - 5k 
when I uncap it at night (23:00 - 07:30).
