Just wondering with the recent change of the default node setting to permanent, what sort of effect running freenet from dial up will be on the network?
I'm only asking as with the upcoming release of 0.5.1 and remembering how the network was affected last time with all the new users coming on to the network, as freenet increasingly becomes geared to the broadband generation how badly will dial up connections that have restricted limits on connection time affect the network if at all?
