Note 1: We are not using Tiki 1.5, because the ~ns~ ~/ns~ feature does not work yet. (Neither does ~np~ ~/np~. The documentation is not consistent on the proper spelling of this feature, but neither one works right now.) Note 2: Do not put an HTML form in a Tiki 1.4 page.
