I think for start we need a very simple wiki with only a few features, namely:
 - working import-export of wiki-nodes
 - populate a wiki-structure from a directory and export structure to directory

at phase1 every edit gets exported and inserted into freenet, the new
key gets uploaded to
a mailing list, or transfered securely, who knows the key can dl and import.
this would serve as a test-development platform for freenet, prove
that key insert and retrive works

at phase2, we need some way to watch the changes over freenet.
for this we will need pub/sub I suppose
