Little update (link from previous post updated):

- Removed a few "pause" leftovers from testing.

- The script now checks if the Freenet service is (already) running 
before trying to start/stop it.

And a little correction about the update updater part: If the update.cmd 
on emu.freenetproject.org does not contain the string "FREENET WINDOWS 
UPDATE SCRIPT" (as my updater here does), the updater will quit. This i 
just a simple protection again empty/bad files (or as in this case, an 
incompatible file).
