I think its simply not implemented, and I think ARKs will be implemented 
instead which should solve the problem and more thoroughly. (I think, 
someone correct me if Im wrong, its basically peer-detail rediscovery 
over freenet, so one connection will be enough to learn the new ips of 
your peers.)
