No, it's already 'fixed' : by breaking I mean that if you do insert a
build now, old builds (on windows) won't be able to upgrade from it.

Their current running node will tweak the wrapper to use
freenet-cvs-snapshot.jar and not freenet.jar; I don't think that the
process will be seamless

It's like a mandatory build for windows users.
