I'd say go for it. If someone is that desperate to run freenet on their P1, 
they can go and fetch a different jar.

The issue with this is it means you can't necessarily, say, hide a CD in a 
carrot cake and give it to your highly oppressed mate, since he needs 
different optimised libraries. On a related issue, will the finished 
installer have to download stuff? IIRC it did when I tried it, so that might 
be an issue...
