When was the last time we did a network reset? We are NOT constantly in
chaos. Before this set of mandatory builds, the network was in fairly
dire straits due to bugs causing backoffs; now it is considerably more
usable. And it's not even an official 0.7 beta yet. And 0.7 is widely
reported to work better than 0.5 ever did, although this is partly
because of its small size. Constructive criticism is welcome, but
unjustified groaning isn't very helpful.
