To be honest... No. This isn't what we discussed.. I know the difference 
betwen ARK requests and hackshaking, and I went in to start changing the 
latter and...

Apparently that is when I took leave of my mind.
I have no idea why I did that.

I do recall thinking that ARK requests should also be configurable, 
since they take up more bandwidth for nodes with more connections as 
well... But somehow that thought translated in my brain to changing ark 
requests == changing the handshaking, or something

Looking at it now, Quite honestly, I have no idea what I was thinking.
