One example - one might like to 'roll their own' SSK keypairs, and keep
their own private symmetric key, and for the SSK public URI within
freenet use:

  SSK at H(pubkey),H(symmetric_key),mode

but between trusted users use:

  SSK at H(pubkey),symmetric_key,mode

This way, freenet would never see plaintext.
