My immediate next steps:
- Basic fproxy big-file handling. Ask the user if they want to download
  the file, allow them to override the query, offer to override the MIME
  type to force save to disk.
- Per-node metadata fieldset in the peers file.
- Store the last known IP for a node in the metadata.
- ARKs.
- Big files: offer to download in background, on queue.
- Put last connected time into the per-node metadata.
- Put a user-editable text field into the per-node metadata.
