[freenet-dev] Part Time Node

In the old 0.3 and 0.5 days I used to have a part time node, which  
was active about 16 hours a day. It worked reasonably well (my node  
was bussy scratching at it's output bandwith limit). Could this work  
in 0.7 freenet too?
