Here's my stab-

Congratulations- Freenet is installed and running.
Freenet is currently contacting other Freenet users and integrating into 
the network.
It will take a few minutes to make the initial connection, after which 
you can begin using Freenet.

As Freenet connects to more and more other Freenet users, it will get 
<b>substantially</b> faster over the next 24 hours.
Leaving Freenet running all the time will speed up this process, 
resulting in Freenet running much faster for you.
