That's great, except for the 'hide' button/action redirects back to
the home screen. So... to dismiss a bunch of alerts one must click
'alerts' -> 'hide' -> 'alerts' -> 'hide'.... A bit annoying with more
than two alerts. Surely these mouse gymnastics are not necessary :)
Maybe a 'hide all' button?
