Frost now optionally skips KSK keys which got an ADNF quickly. This
means they are never retried.
When the option is turned on, Frost requests the KSK keys using a
MaxRetries=2. During my tests
I experienced that a MaxRetries=1 seems to need the same nodeTime
(time between start and end
of the fcp2 GET request) as a request using MaxRetries=2!
Can someone check if this should be real? Maybe the node skips the
request of the underlying CHK
too fast because he cached the failure? Or does this work as designed?
