What if each message points to a separate random block that already exists in the network, wasting 32 KB of cache for each 1 KB redirect the attacker inserts? An attacker with a 256 kbps connection could waste 88 GB per day on every node (except most nodes won't be able to retrieve the data that quickly). Cheers, Michael
