Ok, I see what you're trying to do. Well, alerts are significant, they should stick out i.e. not be visible when there aren't any. OTOH there are a few things that should always be visible. The rest of the text is comparatively speaking enormous. Which is okay, but consider what happens when somebody wants to zoom it because they can't read really small text.
