Things to notes:
* I have tried my best to restore the branch and merging semantics,
if there are anything missing, please tell me so
* All builds are tagged (using a script), I hope they are correct.
[ github don't show them, because it is way too many ]

This is a quick and dirty hack, hopes it is still readable.
Things missing (Bombe, can you help these items?):
* [IMPORTANT] The plugins build.xml is missing, I can't figure out
how to do submodules automatically
* Only Freetalk/Freemail have special handling. I think the
jFCPLib need some works too, any takers?
* The 0.5 tree (not published) is messy. I have no idea how to fix it.
