Maybe the user wasn't refering to freenet itself, but to the website. Imo, we need a translated website in all suported language, because a user who don't speak english won't know how to install it. There are other sites explaining how to install freenet, but we can't rely on those site, because they can't be as up to date as the official website. So, currently, only a user who understand a bit of english can install freenet easily. And, well, that's bad :)
