This much will be implemented soon by me - maybe before 0.8. However, a *good* 
implementation would use javascript to update the progress bar in real time 
etc, and we also need a solution for pages with inline images - because it 
can take some time to fetch an image, and because we have a very limited 
number of HTTP connections, it would be good to display progress bar like 
images while we load the images on a page.
