src/plugins/Interdex/index/IndexBloomFilter.java : We already have bloom filter implementations in src/freenet/support/*BloomFilter.java. You should use these internally, no need to reimplement.
Is it a good idea to use MD5? I guess you're using it the same way that XMLLibrarian does, but it may be more of a problem for your application?
