now that we has our own servers (as opposed to SF hosting), it would be
possible to maintain separate wiki-domains for different languages, like
wikipedia does. it's pretty easy to link between different languages of the
wiki by using a special link syntax.

i'm sure there are plenty of FAQs lying around on how to set this up. however
i'm fairly busy atm (final year exams) so someone else will have to do it
(afaik the only other people with access are toad and ian).
