IMHO we need forums for detailed discussion of proposals and user support. I'm 
not 100% sure that they should be linked to the suggestions system - we might 
just want a phpbb board or something. However I also suspect that AOI is 
superior for its core function of getting users to rank proposals.

So I suggest we have both: On the menu, have "Suggestions" and then "Help sort 
suggestions" or something similar.
