If the broker is abnormally shutdown，the CommitLog will recover from the storeCheckPoint and do dispatch in the recovering process.It has nothing to do with the ReputMessageService.
But actually, it is unexpected to see the log "logic queue order maybe wrong", this means that the message queue index is faster than the consume queue index. It seems that the slave got into an error state in the replicating from master. Could you reproduce this problem in the master?
