@QiuMM it seems that forbidden-apis checks did work at least until recently: there were violations in PRs that prevented the CI from passing, e. g. [here](https://github.com/apache/incubator-druid/pull/6070#issuecomment-408925522) and [here](https://github.com/apache/incubator-druid/pull/5938#issuecomment-413022276) where did it break?
