@eiri I thought about it and it seems we should just start the service such that after the application finished starting it would be ready to receive requests right away (Made a separate commit for that). This restores the timing behavior from before (since rexi_server was started and ready to go after rexi app finished startup) and should make the service as a whole available a bit quicker after startup.
