Might be orthogonal, but I think it is better to introduce a `TestingTaskManagerActions` where you can define the actions similar to `TestingResourceManagerGateway` or `TestingTaskExecutorGateway`. They both have builders to configure the behaviour. Then we would not need to mock things.
