We need a marker to indicate its a Rolling Restart on agent / stack scripts side If its rolling we need to do what Rolling Upgrade does for restarts, wait for slaves to checkin to master before declaring success Hopefully we can just reuse code here Presently, only support for HDFS, YARN and ZK is needed.
