Hi, XWiki does not expose SOAP interface but XML-RPC. The only documentation available is the javadoc in http://svn.xwiki.org/svnroot/xwiki/platform/core/trunk/xwiki-xmlrpc/ AFAIK (it has been refactored very recently).
