Hi Bruno, I'm so happy that you use the office converter. I think you just download the plugin from this page http://dev.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Design/OfficeConverter And the version is an old one that can only convert office document to html. I am sorry that this is not finished so we just not handle the xwiki syntax like [] in the html. I'm working on a new version and this will convert office document to xwiki syntax 2.0. So I will solve this problem in the coming version.
