ok I had not understood at all what "programming rights" meant! I remember you had already told me but don't know why, I absolutely wanted "programming rights" to be something else :) In fact, I think this was just an impression: "programming" had something to deal with "sensitive" so I didn't want to use it if I could do without but this is no more possible :)
